I began my journey into the unknown world of harmful medical MESH in October 2011. I quickly realized this is way bigger than me, in fact this is huge; after my mesh removal surgery & with the more I learned, the more involved I became; the angrier I got. I decided I was not going to let this beat me. I will turn being a victim into being a survivor!

I founded a nonprofit organization, at first just with the simple desire to warn others of all the dangers associated with MESH however in addition to the need for educating others; I have learned over the last couple of years that there are many people who are also in dire need of medical help; rather it be transportation to medical facilities, financial assistance while down for surgery or help with the cost of surgery, I want to see people get this toxic mess out of them before it is too late.
